Welcome to our Maidenhead Shuhari Self Defence Class. We have Karate and MMA classes for kids and adults. Parents can train together with their children. The minimum age is 7. The classes are 1 hour long. We welcome beginner students.

Our first-aid trained and CRB checked instructors have years of experience. Contact us to book a free taster class.

Friday: 15:15 - 16:15 (After School Class)
Wednesday: 18:00 - 19:00 (Children & Adults)
Wednesday: 19:15 - 20:15 (16+ Adults)
Friday: 18:00 - 19:00 (Mixed Class)
